Education condition in China

Recently , our class has been talking about the education condition in China which reminds me a lot about my school life ,and makes me think a lot .
In China, there are really many excellent teachers. My English teacher for secondary school is Carol. She is young , lacking of teaching experience ,but what she has is a considerate and kind heart to her students. After graduating ,we got to know what she had suffered during the final year . Her boyfriend broke up with her because she was too busy , her father suffered cancer but she could not quit her job because 140 students were waiting for her. How could she leave us when we needed her most at our most tough moment. But she said whenever she felt she could hardly bear, she came to our class to gain encouragement from our smiling face. She really enjoys teaching us .
However ,something disappointing is that not all the teachers are like that, some they teach because they have to finish there work. I think it is because teachers in China are under too much pressure and they can not enjoy their work anymore. The school will rank average grade of each class after every exams. And if the class you teach got the lowest mark , it will be a rather embarrassing thing. And sometimes the ranking even relates to their salaries . So what they focus on is how to tell students as much knowledge as they can in the limited time but not how to make their classes lively to raise the interest of students.
Problems like that can not be solved in few days, but I always believe in my country. Through constantly reform we can finally work out the education system that suits us best.

  2. the story of your teacher is very moving. And i also have met some teathers who care about me very much.I do agree if a teacher can be the friend of his students, the students will be more likely to study well

  3. I am quite agree with you on this point.Nowadays teachers like this become fewer and fewer.I hope teachers should care more about the students and not just care about whether they can get a good mark.
