To be a leader

Today, we talked a lot about the personality and something occurred in my mind that which personality should a leader be equipped with. To be honest, one of my dreams in the future is to be a leader( like our monitor). So, in this blog, I want to talk about my opinion of the personality that a leader should have and myself. To begin with, I think a leader should be sociable so that his subordinates like (assistant monitor and two librarians) will admire and be willing to help him. I think this personality is the one that I have already possess. Then, I think a leader should be talkative(maybe baoyu). The reason is that only if you are talkative can you get more information from others and persuade others to take into consideration of your opinion. This personality is the one that I am really lack of. In my mind, I resist talking to a stranger smoothly( which I should ask for advice of tianhang). I do not know exactly what the reasons are but I think maybe because I have not read a lot books since I was young (which I really envy my little sister) so that I am lack of vocabulary and do not have enough storage of knowledge. Also, I am afraid that my talk will make others think that I am shallow(the same as zhulei). Another character that I want to emphasize is thoughtfulness. As a leader, when facing with any situations, he should clam(like taining) down and think deeply about anything that will happen and find out the solution as soon as possible. At this point, even though I think I am a considerable person, but I still need a lot of trains in my daily life. Of course, the personalities that a leader should be possessed are far from what I have listed. For example, a leader should treat everything interesting (longfei), be reliable (shuwei),be sedate(mengdi and yuzhu),be caring(shuman and tianya ) However, these three characters are what I extremely want to mention. After seeing the above, someone may think I am too self-enjoying(a typical example is xiaoxuan), and even though I myself also do not know why I am writing this kind of article, (maybe be influenced by jiadong)I suppose these are all from the depth of my heart. So I am willing to share with all of you.

  8. Kaiwen,
I think you are a leader in many ways in this class. You are happy to speak your mind, you're very helpful and you do take the initiative when you wish to do something. These are some of the characteristics of a strong leader. I think you will do well. Keep plugging!
